What this covers
This policy explains what ExtraWork collects when you use our website and our product, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, work email, company, role and anything you type into the form. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation. We do not sell it.
When you use the calculator. Nothing. The figures you enter are computed in your browser and are not sent to us. If you carry a result through to the demo form, that number travels in the link and only reaches us if you submit the form.
When you use the product. The content your teams capture — photographs, voice notes, change-order data and the costs attached to them — plus account information for the people who use it.
Who owns customer content
You do. Content your company puts into ExtraWork is yours. We process it to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other customers.
Retention and deletion
We hold customer content for as long as your account is active. On termination you can export it, and we delete it on a defined schedule after that. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are commercially useful and then removed.
Sub-processors
We use third parties for hosting, email delivery and error monitoring. Each is bound by contract to handle data only as instructed. We will provide the current list on request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@extrawork.org and we will handle it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so here and date it, rather than editing quietly.
